MAPLE HE

Tchaikovsky’s classic Nutcracker Suite in the arrangement by Duke Ellington performed by the Big Band of the Royal Conservatoire, conducted by John Ruocco.

 

Accompanied by an abstract reinterpretation of the fairytale with music inspired scenery and costumes. Designed by third year students of the Interior Architecture department of the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague (KABK), guided by Maartje Lammers. Choreography by Karine Guizzo/ Acts of Dance. Dance by Lorenzo Capodieci and Naomi Rossignol. Sewing of the Mouse costume by Petra Huisman.
