Vermeculite Clay

Vermiculite is normally used in gardening to absorb water and take in fertile for plants. The mixture of vermiculite and clay make a lighter ceramic piece, I tried to work out the proper proportion of water, clay and vermiculite for modelling.

The test turns out that the liquefied clay(left) took twice more time to dry up the water while water evaporated way quicker in the mixture with vermiculite(right).
